Certificate and supplement to “Quality Mark”

Order of participation of companies in the competition for “Quality Mark”

• A company sends to the Management an application for on-site participation in the exhibition “Metrology-2009” to exhibit its products and an inquiry for participation of its products in the competitive program for “Quality Mark”. An individual application is to be filled out for every type of product.
• A company sends an appropriate package of documents to the Expert Commission for the declared product.
• Upon signing an agreement with the Management, Federal State Enterprise ”Rostest-Moscow” examines the products.
• In case of refusal to award “Quality Mark”, the Expert Commission gives a reasoned conclusion.

List of documents to be presented to the Expert Commission:

1. Certificate to approve measurement tools (tool or equipment).
2. Standard specifications.
3. Operations manual.
4. List of factors determining a technical level, quality and competitive advantages of measuring devices (tool or equipment).
5. Test reports evidencing the validity of the declared technical level and quality.
6. Copy of Compliance Certificate ISO 9000-1 (if available).
7. Certificates of the Voluntary Certification Systems.
8. Application for participation in the Competition program.
